Group Reformer, Cardio-Tramp® & Pilates Mat Classes

We offer daily group reformer classes as a more budget friendly alternative to private pilates sessions. the Reformer is the main piece of resistance equipment used in pilates training. Class size is still limited to 6 – 8 participants which means you won’t get lost in the crowd. If you are new to the Reformer, we recommend taking a minimum of three Level 1 or Level 1-2 classes taking a Level 2 class. Our Level 3 classes require instructor approval to join.

We also offer Friday morning Cardio-Tramp® as well as other specialty classes.

If you are new to the Reformer, we strongly recommend that you take a minimum of three Reformer Level 1 or Level 1-2 classes, before you take a Reformer Level 2 or Cardio Tramp to ensure that you know how to set up and adjust equipment properly. Classes are limited to 6-8 participants.

Since these are group classes, they are not intended for individuals with chronic conditions or limitations. If this is you, check out our Private Introductory Session to get started.

PLEASE NOTE: All 5 class passes expire 90 days from date of first class and 10 classes passes expire 120 days from date of first class.

Class Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For your safety, late arrivals will not be admitted to class as it is not safe to workout without a proper warm up.

We kindly ask that you cancel your class at least 4 hours in advanced. If you cancel with less than 4 hours notice, you will be charged.
