STOTT Pilates has done it again! Their release of ZEN*GA combines yoga, pilates, dance and toning exercises to give your body a mindful workout.
Workouts can be instructed on a reformer with a jump board or on a mat. On the reformer you will move through flowing exercises such as side lunges. The use of the jump board has been revised. In ZEN*GA the board works toward the precision of your form, keeping your leg in ideal placement and engaging the quads for a calorie burning workout.
ZEN*GA on the mat uses toning balls to incorporate balance and stability. On the mat your body has room to move through ZEN*GA’s dance portion. Your heart rate will increase as you move through these graceful movements.
