Pilates Equipment Classes

Following a postural analysis and discussion of your goals, you will be introduced to the 5 Basic Principles of Pilates and begin to learn the Essential Level exercises. This 50 minute private session is offered at a special rate for those who are new to pilates or just new
to our studio.

The Introductory Session plus 5 additional Private Sessions. These one-on-one sessions allow the instructor to modify exercises to meet your needs and create a program to meet your personal goals. All new students are strongly encouraged to begin their pilates training with this series of 6 private sessions.

One-on-one instruction with access to all of the studio equipment including the reformer, cadillac, stability chair, barrels, and small props. Scheduled by appointment at your convenience, these 50- minute sessions are customized to meet your individual goals and needs. This is the most effective way to reap the full benefits of pilates.

Small group classes of 2-4 students per instructor utilizing all of the equipment---the reformer, stability chairs, cadillacs, barrels, and small props. These sessions are scheduled by appointment. Join an existing group or create your own class with friends.

An apprentice is an instructor who has completed their course work but is now in the process of completing the practice hours required so that they will be eligible to sit for the certification exams. Apprentices can teach private, semi-private, and small group sessions. Apprentice sessions are priced lower than our regular rates. Working with an apprentice is a great way to begin your pilates experience.

Follow your own customized workout without an instructor. These sessions are available to those clients who have mastered the intermediate level syllabus. In addition to having mastered the intermediate level syllabus, you must also demonstrate the ability to safely set-up and adjust the equipment.
