What is Core Barre?
CORE BARRE is a high energy, low impact, fat burning workout. Its focus is on intensive movements that sculpt the thighs, tone and firm the glutes, flatten the abdominals and define the arms. Focused and isolated stretching to lengthen, tone and increase joint flexibility compliments a total body workout. CORE BARRE incorporates current biomechanical principles of pilates, ballet and general fitness concepts and is available to all fitness levels for those that safely want to change their appearance and have fun doing so

Mon 6:30 – 7:30pm Core Barre + Pilates
Wed 9:30 – 10:30am Core Barre + Pilates
Wed 6:30 – 7:30pm Core Barre + Pilates

45 minutes of barre for those of you who need to get in and get out followed by 15 minutes of additional core work or stretching for those of you who can stick around.
