Balance Bootcamp is here!

Balance Bootcamp is a total body workout that combines strength training intervals with cardio drills that will leave you feeling strong, fit, and fabulous just in time for summer!  

May 5, May 12, June 2 @ 4:15pm (Sundays)
May 9 and June 6 @ 6:15pm (Thursdays)

Drop-in: $20 or 5 classes for $90
