Hip & Knee Workshop

Join us for a two hour workshop dedicated to balancing the muscles around your hips. Learn how to release the tight and overachieving ones and strengthen the ones that have been getting a free ride through life. By properly strengthening and stretching the muscles around the hips, one can redirect the demands and impact on the knee.
